Orders and enquiries
All cakes are made to order. Submitting the enquiry form is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed once we have agreed the design, date, size and final price with you.
Prices
Prices shown on this website are guide prices. Final pricing depends on cake size, flavour, design and personalisation, and will be confirmed before your order is accepted.
Artwork and intellectual property
We create original illustrated artwork and edible prints. We do not produce copies of protected third-party cartoon, film or entertainment characters, costumes, logos or artwork as commercial products. By uploading a photograph or image you confirm you have permission to use that material and to allow us to reproduce it on your cake.
Design approval
We will confirm the proposed design with you before baking. Once a design is approved, changes may not be possible or may affect the price and lead time.
Allergens and food safety
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of enquiry. Our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, milk, soya and nuts, and we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen.
Collection and delivery
Collection is from our business address by prior arrangement. Local delivery may be available depending on date, distance and cake size. Once a cake has been collected or delivered, its condition and storage are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change the date of an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations close to the required date may not be refundable where ingredients and artwork have already been prepared.
